Returns and Refund Policy



Returns and Refund Policy:


Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept any returns. 


Refunds: Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

In case of order cancellations: All orders can be canceled for a full refund upto 1 day before pick up. If you cancel after the ‘Ready for pick up’ notification has been received, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment minus a 20% processing fee.


In case of missed Pick Up: 

We understand life happens. So in case you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us at support@good2eat.us or Whatsapp us on 408 391 9929. Refunds for missed pick-up orders are issued on a case-by-case basis ranging from the refund to the original form of payment (minus a 20% processing fee) to a gift card from the restaurant/food vendor.
